All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–2 working days.

UK standard delivery: 2–4 working days (shown at checkout). Free on orders over £40.

Europe: 5–7 working days (shown at checkout). Rest of world: 7–14 working days (shown at checkout). Duties and taxes may apply on international orders.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn't apply to goods and services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, goods made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised, goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or goods that become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

To cancel, email customer services on contact@byanchor.co.uk. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order). Please take reasonable care of the goods, as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. Please make it clear when you cancel that you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to all our customers worldwide. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product; the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Please note any items purchased from our sale may only be exchanged for another size/product or a credit for the like amount credited to an e-wallet account. Refunds will not be given for any sale items.

For any returns please print a copy of your original order and write on the copy if you would like an exchange or full refund and send back to us. Contact contact@byanchor.co.uk to arrange your return. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

The following products may not be returned under this policy: goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way.

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

The cost of postage will be deducted from any refunds even during postage offers, unless the item is deemed faulty.
