Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed through byanchor.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, suspected fraud); if we do, we refund any payment in full.

3. Price & payment

Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. We are not liable for bank or currency conversion fees.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right to cancel (UK consumers)

You may cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return the goods unused and in their original condition within a further 14 days. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay return postage.

6. Faulty or wrong items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it including return postage.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
